The traditional western diet is loaded with things that are notoriously bad for your brain, your heart and your overall health.
But that’s only half the problem. The other half is what’s missing.
There are vitamins and nutrients your brain really needs in order to be at its best, and most of us don’t get enough of them from the foods we eat. In this video, I talk about one one healthy food that’s most missing from the American diet, and that’s whole grains.
